In the advisor change procedure, first the advisor requests withdrawal on E-LEE. Withdrawal request is approved by Graduate School Board and relevant officials are notified. After student receives notification about advisor withdrawal, they deliver Postgraduate Advisor Declaration Form which has the information of new advisor to the program coordinator.
