Dear Student,

The thesis submission for the 2024-2025 Fall semester will be made through the Process Management Student Interface tab on https://obs.itu.edu.tr. According to the Higher Education Graduate Regulation, “Article 7 – (1), the duration of the thesis-based master's program, excluding the time spent on scientific preparation, starts from the semester in which the courses related to the registered program are offered. It is a four-semester period, and the program must be completed in a maximum of six semesters.”

In this context, master's students who are in their 6th semester in the 2024-2025 Fall semester must submit their theses by January 10, 2025, the end of the 2024-2025 Fall semester, via the Process Management Student Interface on https://obs.itu.edu.tr.

In order to submit the thesis, students must apply for thesis submission on the Process Management Student Interface before the submission deadline. After the application is reviewed by the relevant staff, thesis submission approval will be granted, and a notification will be sent to the student through the system.
