You can apply for the 2024-2025 Fall PhD qualification exam through the Student Information System if you are eligible to do so, under the Student Process Management Qualification Interface. Applications should be submitted between October 15th and 22nd 2024.

As per Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Graduate School regulations (Article 19, second paragraph), Ph.D. candidates are required to take the qualification exam by the fifth semester of their studies at the latest.
