The 2024–2025 Doctoral Graduation Ceremony will be held in two sessions on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM at the Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center.
All details regarding the ceremony are summarized below. To ensure that the ceremony properly crowns your great success, it is very important to follow the relevant instructions.

📍 Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center
📅 July 11, 2025, Friday
🕙 Ceremony Start Times:
• Morning Group: 10:00 AM
• Afternoon Group: 2:30 PM
✅ IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR PARTICIPATION!
Graduates who do not complete online registration will not be able to attend the ceremony.
Registration Deadline: July 4, 2025 – 5:00 PM

📌 Eligibility Requirements for Participation:
• Only graduates who were officially awarded the title of "Doctor" by the decision of the Institute Executive Board between July 5, 2024 and July 4, 2025 (inclusive) can attend the ceremony.
• Graduates who are awarded the title after this date will not be eligible to attend this year's ceremony. These graduates will be able to participate in next year’s ceremony.
🎓 Doctoral Attire (Gown – Sash – Cap):
• Graduates who complete registration can obtain their attire from the 1773 İTÜ Sales Point on İTÜ Ayazağa Campus.
• Sales Dates: June 30 – July 11, 2025
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fee: 1,500 TL
• Payment: Cash or credit card
📅 Rehearsal: Participation in the rehearsal is mandatory for all graduates.

🕒 Ceremony Day Arrival Times:
• Morning group participants must be present by 08:30 AM
• Afternoon group participants must be present by 01:00 PM
at the Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center
🎟 You must stop by the Institute Desk to receive a queue number for the stage entrance ceremony.
• Morning group must proceed to the top floor gathering area at 09:15 AM
• Afternoon group must proceed to the top floor gathering area at 01:45 PM
📄 Diploma Delivery:
• Graduates who have already received their diploma but wish to be presented with it during the ceremony must submit it to:
🗓 Hakan Altun (Institute staff) by July 10, 2025 – 4:00 PM
⚠ Diplomas cannot be submitted on behalf of the graduate by an advisor or family member.
👨👩👧 Family Participation:
• A maximum of 2 family members per graduate may attend the ceremony as audience members.
Please respect this limit due to venue capacity constraints.
