What is the Technical Universities Union (TUB)?

The Technical Universities Union (TUB) is a platform created to strengthen cooperation in education, research, and development among technical universities in Turkey. Thanks to the joint graduate course pool created under TUB, students can apply for graduate courses offered by other TUB member universities in addition to their registered university, and benefit from the academic knowledge of different universities.

Application Process

Students who wish to apply must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the https://tub.yildiz.edu.tr/ address.
2. Create a user registration using your institutional e-mail address ending with .edu assigned to you by your university.
3. After completing your user registration, log in to the system and review the courses available in the joint course pool.
4. Create your application draft by selecting the courses you want to apply for.
5. To finalize your application, you must enter your CGPA information into the system and upload your current transcript.
6. Finalize your application after completing all the steps. (Applications left as drafts will not be evaluated.)

Application Principles

• Students can apply for a maximum of 4 (four) courses.
• As a result of the evaluation, students can be registered for a maximum of 2 (two) courses.
• Selecting a course during the application does not mean that the right to final registration for that course has been granted.
• Course placement procedures will be carried out taking into account the students' order of preference, course quotas, and Cumulative Grade Point Averages (CGPA). The evaluation will start with the students' first preference; if they cannot be placed due to quota or CGPA ranking, their other preferences will be evaluated respectively.
• Course contents, instructor information, course days and times, and other detailed information can be accessed via the TUB Application System.
• The system does not allow simultaneous selection of courses with conflicting schedules.
• It is the student's responsibility to complete the applications fully within the specified dates.
