TU12 JOINT GRADUATE ELECTIVE COURSES ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES

Within the scope of the Technical Universities Union (TU12), a total of 19 joint elective courses to be delivered online have been proposed for graduate students of all technical universities for the 2025–2026 Spring Semester. Of these courses, 12 will be offered in Turkish and 7 will be offered in English. The relevant institutes will be responsible for monitoring and managing the processes. Applications for TU12 joint elective courses will be accepted until February 13, 2026, and the results will be announced on February 14, 2026.

Accordingly, the courses listed in the table below—together with their language, code, title, quota information, and the offering university—may be selected subject to the approval of the academic advisor and the relevant department, and upon the decision of the Institute Executive Board. 

Courses will be conducted in line with the academic calendars of the universities offering them. Students are obliged to comply with the regulations of the university/institute where the course is delivered.

To apply for a course, you are required to complete the form via the link below.

Before selecting a course, you should consult your academic advisor and complete the form in line with your advisor’s approval.

Selecting a course via the Google Form does not complete the application process. In the event that applications exceed the course quota, students will be admitted in accordance with the quotas allocated for each university.

Course registration and other procedures for students admitted as primary and reserve candidates will be carried out by the relevant institutes. Students admitted to a course are responsible for completing their procedures by following the processes determined by their own institutes.

PROCESS TIMELINE

Note: The dates stated above indicate the latest application deadlines. Course start dates may vary across the universities where joint courses are delivered. Students must complete the application procedures before the start date of the relevant course without waiting for the course start date at the offering university. Otherwise, timely participation in online courses may not be possible.

The joint graduate elective courses will be delivered online. The platform to be used will be determined by the instructor offering the course and communicated to enrolled students.

Before the courses begin, the student information listed in the Google Form will be shared with the instructors. During the course delivery, all communication will be conducted via the email addresses declared in the Google Form.

Therefore, the email addresses entered in the Google Form must be current and actively used.
